Cultivated on 40 hectares without chemical fertilizers or pesticides. The farm utilizes proprietary, long-fermented organic fertilizers and natural soil enrichment with volcanic ash (Shirasu)—creating nutrient-dense earth that produces matcha naturally higher in amino acids and umami.
